We collect your name, email address, and service type during registration. We store leads and outreach data you create within the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is used solely to provide the OutreachrPro service — storing your leads, generating AI messages, and tracking outreach. Business data found via search is cached temporarily and stored only in your account.
Message generation uses Google Gemini AI. Lead data (business name, issues found) is sent to Gemini for message creation. We do not store prompts or responses beyond your saved messages.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All data is stored in MongoDB Atlas with encrypted connections. We use JWT tokens for session management.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us via the contact form to request data deletion.
